303 / 1.4305 Stainless Steel Coil
1. 303 stainless steel is austenitic free-cutting stainless, wear-resistant acid steel. In order to improve the performance of the steel, no more than 0.60% of molybdenum can be added to the steel to resist ablation.
2. Mechanical properties of 303 stainless steel after annealing and stress relief, the tensile strength is 515MPa, the yield is 205MPa, and the elongation is 40%.
3. The standard hardness of stainless steel 303 is HRB90-100, HRC20-25, note: HRB100=HRC22.9.
4. 303 is a free-cutting stainless steel that contains sulfur and selenium respectively, and is used in occasions where free-cutting and high surface finish are mainly required.
5. 303 stainless steel improves cutting performance and high temperature resistance bonding performance. Most suitable for automatic lathes, bolts and nuts.
