With the gradual implementation of the tax rebate adjustment policy, this year China’s steel will give priority to meeting domestic demand, and the era of China’s large-scale steel export will no longer continue.
In combination with the current dual carbon target constraints, stricter energy consumption dual control, dual control of crude steel production capacity and output, namely the “three doubles” background, Zhang Longqiang said that the next ten years will be a critical period for China’s steel to achieve the “three comprehensives”. 3. Standardization progress of the iron and steel industry
